The back page has two Acts of Congress, headed with an engraving of a heraldic eagle, each signed in block type by: George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and John Adams. The bkpg. also has an ad by: "Manuel Noah, Broker..." a noted Jewish financier of the 18th century.
The capital of the United States was in Philadelphia at this time.
Four pages, minor discoloration to the right blank margin only, generally very nice.
