Page 3 has a lengthy editorial which deals, in part, with the hopes of the Louisiana Purchase, noting in part: "...We must sincerely wish that the promised purchase of Louisiana may take place; but we are not yet sure of it...".
A wealth of ads including at least 2 slave-related ads.
Four pages, light damp stains, good condition.
