The front page contains a full column Act of Congress concerning the "...settlement of limits with the state of Georgia & authorizing the establishment of a government in the Mississippi territory." which is signed in script type by the president: John Adams, and in block type by: Thomas Jefferson. Yet another Act carries over to page 2 where it has the similar signatures. Page 3 has an illustrated Masonic ad.
Four pages, scattered foxing, nice condition.
