Page 3 has a column headed: "Nominations By the Whig National Convention" which reports: "The Convention of delegates...of the Whig party...for the purpose of recommending candidates for the Presidency & Vice Presidency...with a unanimous voice, resolutions nominating For President Of The United States WILLIAM HENRY HARRISON, For Vice President of the United States JOHN TYLER..." with further particulars.
Terrific to have this report in this famous newspaper from the nation's capital.
Included as well is the single sheet: "Supplement To The National Intelligencer" completely taken up with reports from Congress.
Four pages, a bit of foxing & minor fold rubbing, good condition.
