Plus the: "Proclamation by the Mayor, and the "Military Orders" "Official Notices" and: "The Feeling of the Country".
Great to have this report in a newspaper from the nation's capital, where he died.
All columns on all four pages are bordered in black mourning rules. Very nice condition.
