Near the back is the "Historical Chronicle" containing the latest news of the day. Included are reports: "From the Pennsylvania Gazette" which tell of concerns with Indians.
There is one plate of coats-of-arms, but the print of Amsterdam is lacking.
Complete in 48 pages, 5 1/4 by 8 1/4 inches, full title/contents page featuring an engraving of St. John's Gate, great condition.

A very nice magazine from the "mother country" before the French & Indian War with a wide range of varied content. This was the first periodical to use the word "magazine" in its title, having begun in 1731 and lasting until 1907.
