* Russia's participation in World War I ended
The front page has a six column headline: "UKRAINIANS OCCUPY CITIES" with subhead: "Bolsheviki Announce Treaty Signed" (see) Surprisingly this issue is in good condition being from the "wood pulp" era. Very hard to find issues that are not totally fragile from this era in paper.
Complete with 14 pages, small library stamp within the masthead, minor margin wear, small library label on the front page, generally nice.
