Page 3 has some of the terms of a proposed peace treaty with England, including: "...An immediate truce...Great Britain to hold Canada Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, New York Georgia, and the Floridas; the Congress the remaining territory once belonging to the crown. The Americans states to be acknowledged independent, but an alliance commercial, offensive, and defensive, to be formed in the closest manner. The Hudson's Bay & Newfoundland fisheries rot be free to America..." and more terms of a proposed treaty.
Four pages, never bound nor trimmed, red tax stamp on the front page, very nice condition.
