An early issue of the world's oldest continually published English language newspaper, having begun in 1666. This is issue #119.
The front page has a report from Norwich, England, reporting on the deaths from the Great Plague which was ravaging Europe at the time: "The Account of our bill of Mortality for this last week runs thus, buried of all diseases 18, whereof the Plague 8."
Complete as a single sheet issue, 7 by 11 1/4 inches, very nice condition.
