Page 2 has a report from Boston concerning: "...a suitable grant for the support of his Majesty's Governor of the Province...your Excellency was not pleased the last year to give your consent to a Bill...for granting the sum of thirteen hundred pounds for the support of your Excellency..." with more on the controversy concerning the colony raising funds for the support of the governor.
Another report begins: "The project of establishing a new Colony in the back parts of North America has proved a bone of contention among the Ministry...".
The back page has a letter from Jamestown, Virginia.
Eight pages, 8 1/2 by 11 1/4 inches, very nice condition.
