This is a significant "Supplement" issue for the city of Pittsfield, as most of the front page is taken up with:
"THE FULL TEXT" "Of The Proposed City Charter" "An Act to Incorporarte the City of Pittsfield" as the one column headlines read (see photos).
The text includes all 40 Sections, only portions of which are shown in the photos.
Most of the balance of the front page is taken up with ads, including an illustrated high-wheeled bicycle ad. All of the back page is taken up with huge advertisements (see).
Complete as a single sheet newspaper "Supplement", some browning and minor chipping at the margins, generally in very nice, clean condition. Should be handled with care.
