The top of page 3 has a one column photo of Shoeless Joe Jackson with heading: "Promising Nap Recruit" with text. (see) I would assume it is rare to find a photo of Jackson prior to his stint with the White Sox. Surprisingly this issue is in good condition being from the "wood pulp" era. Very hard to find issues that are not totally fragile from this era in paper.
Complete with 8 pages, small library stamp within the masthead, irregular along the spine, generally nice.
