The top of the front page has a banner heading: "Japan Expects Trouble To Follow Annexation Of Korea" with subheads that include: "ANNEXATION OF KOREA TO TAKE PLACE AUG. 29" and more. (see) Surprisingly this issue is in good condition being from the "wood pulp" era. Very hard to find issues that are not totally fragile from this era in paper.
Complete with 8 pages, small library stamp within the masthead which slightly affects heading, some small binding holes along the spine, generally nice.
