History's Newsstand would like to use this offering as an opportunity to introduce both novice and well-oiled collectors to the most highly distributed/popular illustrated newspaper from the Civil War era.

Question #2: Why five issues?  Answer:  So as to provide an overview of the war, from start to finish.

Question #3: What is the condition of the issues you will receive? Answer: The issues will be complete in 16 pages and be in average or better condition. One can expect to find light foxing, light rubbing, small binding holes in centerfold prints, etc. - all typical of the era.
