THE LADIES' HOME JOURNAL, Philadelphia, August, 1912. The front cover shows a lovely full page illustration by, acclaimed Brooklyn NY artist, Harrison Fisher. The cover has some dirt and tears in the upper right corner (see images) however, it is still very displayable. There are several articles of interest on the inside pages including: "The Case of 17 Million Children, Is Our Public-School System Proving an Utter Failure." , "My Greatest Experience as a Girl and How I Met It a Sacrifice That Paid a Hundredfold." , and "Mother: The Story of a Girl's Home: By Kathleen Norris." Also present are many colored illustrations of interest including "The Customer Dress for the Summer Dance" , "The Baby's Patchwork Quilt" , and "Three Summer Luncheon Sets".
Complete in 58 pages. This issue has some staining and wear around the edges on both the front and back pages and continues through page 8 .There is a cutout on page 43 into 44. See images for details on condition.
