Front page coverage on William Kemmler, who had the dubious distinction of being the first person to die by the electric chair. The one column headings reads: "The Auburn Execution" with subheads. Nice to have in a Philadelphia paper, his hometown.
Complete in 16 pages, large issue measuring 29 x 21 inches, some margin wear with small tears, generally good. Should be handled with care.
