CINCINNATI TIMES-STAR--EXTRA, Ohio, June 6, 1944 One of the more dramatic D-Day issues to be had with huge and bold front page letters announcing: "INVASION" and "Allies Land In France" with related subheads and text. Inside page provide an historical perspective of war events leading up to D-Day, and the back page is dominated by a huge map advising subscribers to: "Follow European Invasion On This Map" with the text beginning; "With this map you can be your own armchair general...".
Complete in four pages as an "Extra" edition, a minor repair to page 2, minor wear at the margins, nice condition.
