Certainly the prime feature of this issue is the terrific front page, as 80% of it is taken up with a huge Civil War map headed: "THE MILITARY SITUATION. Map of the present Scene of Active Operations in Eastern Tennessee and Georgia." A wealth of Civil War reporting on pages 2 and 3.
