The back page has a large photo of Robert Earl Hughes with heading: "Big Enough for Two Counties" with some text underneath. (see) Hughes remains to this day as the heaviest human in the World able to walk at a weight of around 1050 lbs. This is a somewhat earlier photo of him when he weighed about 800 pounds. Rare to find period items concerning this famous heavyweight.
Other news, sports and advertisements of the day. Complete with all 40 pages, light toning at the margins, small binding holes along the spine, generally in very nice condition.
