COLUMBIAN CENTINEL, Boston, Feb. 12, 1794 Page 2 has a report from "the Western Territory" which includes: "A Revolution is on foot in Louisiana, the French inhabitants on the west side of the river Mississippi inspired by the glorious cause of their brethren in Europe, are determined to shake off the despotic yoke of Spain..." with more on their efforts.
Also at least two reports on the Oneida Indian situation in New York.
