The front page has: "Answer Of The President of the United States, to the Selectmen of Charlestown." The two paragraph reply discusses his assent to the treaty between the United States and Great-Britain, signed in script type: Geo. Washington.
Page 3 has an ad for the "Grand Lodge" of the local Masons which includes an engraving of the Masonic seal, and which also is signed in type by: Paul Revere, Grand Master.
Four pages, nice condition.
