The top of the back page has a report on celebrating the news of the repeal of the hated Stamp Act.
A portion includes: "...from Philadelphia...full of accounts of the joy expressed by all ranks of people on their receiving the Act of Parliament for the repeal of the Stamp Act...the houses were all illuminated the next evening..." with more.
Eight pages, 8 by 10 3/4 inches, nice condition.
