Near the bottom of the front page is a two column heading that reads: "Stocks Set Records as Money Drops to 6%; Heavy Profit-Taking Interrupts Advance" (see) This financial bliss would come to a disastrous end a few months later. I suspect this is one of the few publications to report this being from the city where Wall Street is located.
Other news, sports and advertisements of the day. Complete in 32 pages, irregular along the spine, otherwise very nice.
