This issue contains illustrations of the latest inventions of the day accompanied by text, which include: The Vanderbilt International Cup Contest", "Steel Training Ship "Cumberland", Recently Launched at Boston Navy Yard", "Battleship "Georgia," Recently Launched at Bath, Maine.  Also Sister Ship "Nebraska," Launched Recently at Seattle", and "Dog-Like Dasure, An animal with a Pouch, Related to the Kangaroo".

Complete in 16 pages, this issue is in nice condition, save for many blue stamps reading: "Public Library Muncie, Ind." which can been seen the photos.
