(5) Five very early 19th century American newspapers: New York Herald, May 14, 1803; United States' Gazette, Aug. 28, 1809; Columbian Centinel, Oct. 17, 1804; New England Palladium, Jan. 29, 1805; and Boston Patriot, May 17, 1809. All five are good "newsy" newspapers of folio size, 4 pages, some margin tears, generally good condition. A nice set of five different, early newspapers.
