The front page has a one column heading: "BUDD KIDNAPPING SUSPECT SEIZED" with subheads. (see) First report coverage on the arrest of a man believed to have kidnapped Grace Budd two years earlier. Was this Albert Fish who was let go due to lack of evidence ? Research suggests that is was. Fish was be captured again in 1934.
