NATIONAL INTELLIGENCER, Washington, D.C., Dec. 25, 1821 The ftpg. has: "University of Virginia" which begins: "By a report of Mr. Jefferson, Rector of the Univ. of Virginia, laid before the Legislature...it appears that the extensive buildings for the institution will be completed next summer..." with more on this. Also on the ftpg. is a document headed with a heraldic eagle & signed in type: James Madison. And also a report of a "Mutiny" with some detail (see).
