Page 84 of the Sports Section has: "Nomar just grand", with the subhead: "Sox slam Seattle on record night", which announces only the occurrence in MLB modern history that a ballplayer hit two grand slams in the same game on their home field, and only the 13th time at any ballpark. Considerable related text and a large photo are also present. The back page also has a large photo with the caption: "Grand homecoming." Great to have this Boston Red Sox report in a Boston newspaper.
The issue is in excellent condition, and is complete in 92 pages (see images).
