Page 3 has a great "gunslinger" type report from the Old West, headed: "A Frontier Fight" "How Doc. Middleton & Other Border Ruffians Were Routed" "A Desperate Encounter as Described by One of the Captured." This report is very detailed and takes 1 12 columns. Doc Middleton (real name James M. Riley) was an outlaw and horse thief, whose exploits of stealing perhaps 2,000 horses over a two-year period earned a spot in the Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show.
Page 2 has: "Lincoln's Old Home - Neglected & Decaying It is the Rendezvous of Low Characters", and pg. 5 has: "Blackfoot" "Death of This Celebrated Crow Chieftain".
Eight pages, very nice condition.
