This uncommon Midwestern title has news of the day with many advertisements. The front page has an article headed: "HURRIEDLY HANGED" with subheads. (see) Page 2 has an article headed: "THE LAD GOT LEFT" with subheads. (see)
This issue is not fragile as newsprint back then was made of cotton and linen rags, allowing them to remain very pliable and easy to handle. Complete in 12 pages, a little irregular along spine, nice condition.
