* J. Bruce Ismay death
* RMS Titanic fame
Page 25 has one column headings: "J. BRUCE ISMAY, 74, TITANIC SURVIVOR", "Ex-Head of White Star Line Who Retired After Sea Tragedy Dies in London" First report coverage on the death of J. Bruce Ismay, who was the chairman and managing director of the White Star Line of steamships at the time of the sinking of the Titanic. I suspect this is one of the few publications to report this particular event as other titles in our inventory do not. Rare as such.
Other news, sports and advertisements of the day. Fifty-two pages, light toning, a few inside page cutouts but not on the front nor mentioned page containing report, otherwise nice.
