WALLA WALLA STATESMAN, Washington Territory, March 29, 1867 The back page has: "Laws Of The United State..." with: "An Act for the admission of the State of Nebraska into the Union...". Also the resolutions of the House & Senate stating: "The President...having returned...the bill entitled 'An act for the admission of...Nebraska...with his objections...in pursuance of the Constitution, to reconsider the same; and Resolved, That the said bill do pass, two thirds...agreeing to pass the same."
Four pages, never bound nor trimmed, nice condition.
