Formatted much like "Harper's Weekly" but a more rare title. The front page has a comic, Black-themed illustration: "A Stern Chase Is a Long Chase". The doublepg. centerfold his a large, multi-panel political cartoon (see). A halfpg: "Launch of the U.S. Cruiser Maine From the Brooklyn Navy Yard", which would come to more infamous fame 8 years later when it was blown up during the Spanish-American War.
Sixteen pages, nice condition.
