This uncommon Midwestern title has news of the day with many advertisements. The front page has headings that include: "LIGHT AT LAST" "The Presidential Mystery Solved at Chicago" "James A. Garfield, of Ohio, for President" "Chester A. Arthur, of New York, for Vice President" and much more. Loads of text.
This issue is not fragile as newsprint back then was made of cotton and linen rags, allowing them to remain very pliable and easy to handle. Complete in 10 pages, minor irregularity along the spine, very nice condition.
