This issue has much content concerning the Jacobite Rebellion including a front page report datelined "Edinburgh" noting in part: "The van of the army under his Royal Highness the Duke, marched for Dundee...His Royal Highness left Perth...crossed the Firth at Kinghorn in one of the men of wars long boats...As to the Rebels, they sh8ift & straggle from place to place...39 rebel prisoners were brought by water to Leith...& are confin'd in the jail..." with more.
But the most notable content takes most of pages 2 & 3: "An Authentick Account of the Conduct of the Magistrates of Stirling during the late Siege" concerning the Battle of Falkirk (see for portions).
Four pages, 8 by 10 inches, very nice condition.
