The banner headline announces the beginning of World War II: "WAR ! HITLER STRIKES ! " with subheads: "Fuehrer Acts After Warsaw Spurns Terms" and "Britain Mobilizes Forces; Poland Rushes to Arms" and more. Also a large photo of: "Adolf Hitler" headed: "Orders Germany to Fight".
Present are the outer leaves only of the first section with pages 1, 2, 17 & 18. Some archival mends to page 2 & a small wear hold at the central fold affecting 4 words on the ftpg. Otherwise nice.
