THE CLEVELAND LEADER, Cleveland, Ohio, May 30, 1878 The back page has a report headed: "The Phonograph" with subhead: Exhibition of that Nineteenth Century Wonder at the Windsor Last Evening" which includes: "...the first exhibition of Edison's marvelous little machine, the phonograph, was given at the Windsor...The little instrument behaved itself well, repeating with accuracy every thing that was hallooed into its helpless ear..." With much more (see photos). Eight pages, minor spine wear, generally good condition.
