The front page has a report headed: "Edison's Inventions" with subhead: "An Exhibition of the Phonograph and His New Instrument for Measuring Heat--The Suit of the Two Telegraph Companies". Near the beginning is: "...Mr. Edison gave an exhibition of the phonograph for the press...A carelessly dressed man of medium height; he has a long, pale face, sharp, strongly marked features and abundant black hair..." With more on the description of him (see photos). Eight pages, minor spine wear, good condition.
