A very dramatic report of the Titanic tragedy, with a two-line banner headline: "NEAR 2,000 LIVES LOST, SAYS LATEST MESSAGE FROM STEAMER CARPATHIA" plus various related subheads as well including: "Number of Rescued Cut to 710; Cabin Lists Completed" "Despair Increases In Anxious Throng at Line's Offices" "Disaster Much Greater Than Believed, According to Message Relayed At Noon"dd and many more (see photos).
Of special note is the very dramatic illustration at the bottom of the front page headed: "The Sinking Of The Titanic" showing the ship sinking and lifeboats in the foreground. There is also a large front page graphic captioned "Waiting".
Complete in 24 pages, very nice, clean condition.
