Today Newtown is known as Elmhurst, located in the borough of Queens just below LaGuardia airport. This is a 12 page newspaper which the line in the masthead notes is: "Devoted to Home Interests, Political, General and Local News". It contains a wide variety of newspapers and advertisements, many of which are illustrated.
Complete in 12 pages, never bound nor trimmed, an archival mend to the right side of the first two leaves,  printed on high quality rag paper in very nice condition.
