This 40 page newspaper has a two line, one column headline on page 10: "LOUIS SIGNS AT $21, EAGER 'TO GET JAPS'" with subheads that include: "Them Japs is Lightweights, Anyway, Says Champion as He Weighs in at 220"  Also a two column photo of Louis shaking hands with commander.
