This text takes all of the front page and a bit over half of the back page, with the remainder blank (see). It is signed in type: Grover Cleveland, Executive Mansion, Washington, Dec. 4, 1893.
Measures 18 by 24 inches, an archival mend to the blank portion of the back page, otherwise in excellent condition.
