* Rare 18th century American title
One of the less common titles of the 18th century, by Thomas Paine (but not "the" Thomas Paine). The masthead has an engraving of the sun with several stars around it. Inside has various news of the day including much from Europe, with the front page having: "Observations on the New French Constitution". The back page is filled with ads.
Complete in four pages, and in great condition.
