The entire front page, & half of pg. 6, are taken up with: "THE WAR IN 1863" "The Official Report of the Commander-in-Chief" being a very detailed account of Civil War action in 1863. Also on page 6: "Message Of Jeff. Davis".
Complete in 12 pages, a printing crease on the ftpg. & a small defect affects 4 or 5 words, very nice condition.
