THE BETHLEHEM TIMES, Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, October 5, 1892  The third column of the front page features "LATEST BY TELEGRAPH" "News of More or Less Importance From All the World" "DEATH OF LORD TENNYSON" "At 3:30 Today His doctors Say He Is Slowly Passing Away" "THE PECK BEATS THE PURITAN". The text of the article is of the bulletins provided from London at various stages with the last "At 3:30 o'clock this afternoon Lord Tennyson's physicians report that the poet is dying. He is passing away quietly and slowly and may linger for hours."  The issue contains other news of the day and advertisements, some of which are illustrated.

This is complete in eight pages with binding holes in the left spine, otherwise in good condition.
