THE NEW YORK TIMES, New York, October 16, 1933 This 36 page newspaper has a banner headline on page 22: "Eight Touchdowns by Football Giants Crush Philadelphia at Polo Grounds" with subheads that include: "Rout Philadelphia Eagles to Make Successful 1933 Debut at Polo Grounds" and more with lineup and stats. This was in fact Philadelphia's very 1st NFL football game ever played. A great item for any Eagles fan.

Not exactly a great pro Eagles headline but it is what it is. Nice to have from the city where they 1st played.
