COLUMBIAN CENTINEL, Boston, Massachusetts, February 2, 1825 The ftpg. is dominated by a very large "Proclamation" headed with a nice engraving of a heraldic eagle, signed in type by the President: James Monroe, and also by the Secretary of State: John Quincy Adams, concerning a treaty between the United States and Tunis.
