The color cover of this issue is of a night watchman asleep on a stool with a cat sleeping in his lap with a mouse looking on and some peeking in the window (see photos). There is no related article on this inside.

This issue contains an article entitled "The Private Life and Loves of Max Baer - a Chronicle of Jazz, Janes, Jams, and Jolts - the Hilarious Saga of the Prize Ring's Merriest, Maddest Superman" by Dick Williams, which also features a photos of Max Baer.

Other articles are "Make-Believe, Melody, Mirth" which is the weekly coverage of the newly released movies in which Alice in Wonderland is reviewed; and other articles and advertisements.

You get the complete 60 page issue plus both the color covers, all in very nice, clean condition save for a slight bit of roughness at the very edge of the spine.  Measures about 8 1/2 by 11 1/4 inches.
