* Scarce Wales - Welsh periodical
A quite uncommon magazine from Wales, totally in the Welsh language. Although commonly spoken in the 19th century, its use had diminished in the 20th century. Efforts are being made to bring it back today. Here is a rare opportunity for an issue of this 32 page periodical, printed totally in Welsh. There is no year in the masthead however a photocopy of the volume's titlepage is enclosed verifying the year as 1834. Measures about 5 1/4 by 8 1/4 inches, in very nice condition.
