A page 2 report from New York says: Thomas Paine was to have taken passage for this country the beginning of April...from Havre de Grace. An evening paper says the captain refused to take him on board... Also two letters signed in type: Buonaparte. Other news of the day. Has an engraving of a rising phoenix in the masthead. 4 pages in good condition.
